City of Pueblo - City Park Pool

The City of Pueblo bathhouse is a replacement of an outdated facility serving the main outdoor community pool. The pool facility is centrally located and is adjacent to the CityZoo, Golf Course, Baseball / Softball Fields, Dog Park,Frisbee Golf Course,and City Park.The replacement was an integral part of the city’s vision and mission focused on quality-of-life improvements supporting an initiative of growth. The aesthetics were intended to reflect the materials utilized in the pool and park area while implementing a more modern expression. The facility includes restrooms and showers along with a concession component which serves both the pool and adjacent parks. The project was developed on an extremely tight budget utilizing the design bid build delivery methodology.

This project was completed by 2WR of Colorado, Inc. My role on the project was Principal in Charge.
