Hotel Renovation Architecture
2WR completed numerous Hyatt House renovations demonstrating exceptional hotel renovation architecture across multiple locations including Denver Tech Center and Colorado Springs, Colorado; Austin and Lincoln Park, Texas; White Plains, New York; and several facilities in California.
2WR’s role included verification of existing conditions, development of as-is documents, and full renovation documents to brand standards. The team was also responsible for development of full interior design along with FF&E documents utilized for purchasing. The renovations consisted of a complete FF&E replacement in the public spaces and guestrooms as well as further modifications to the public spaces.
These projects were completed by 2WR of Colorado, Inc. My role on the project was Principal in Charge and Project Manager.
